Abstract
In the knowledge-based age, the creative use of information is as essential as highly developed emotional intelligence and social skills which, however, not only lay the foundations for success at the workplace but also help to balance private life and build solid family relationships.
The process of Resourceful Mental Pedagogy, based on seven habits, offers educators a system of concepts and tools that will enable them to establish the schemes of thinking and behavior necessary for effective life management which has a language and mentality close to young people.
The maturation model known as 7 habits explores seven areas of the personality that work harmoniously with itself and with others. It is such a mental health system the elements of which are based on eternal principles. The first stage develops emotional intelligence by introducing the principles of self-discipline, decision and responsibility, vision creation and planning, time management. The second stage focuses on strengthening the social intelligence: to consistently pursuit mutual benefits in everyday life situations, empathic and non-violent communication, furthermore creative collaboration and problem solving in groups. The model is accomplished by the systematic and consistent practice of personal renewal.
